Meet Andy Navarro
Andy Navarro is the founder of CA Marine Services with more than 15 years of experience in the marine industry. He also operates a boat-rental business in Newport Beach, giving him firsthand experience keeping boats reliable and ready for customers. His expertise stems from solving commercial fleet challenges including electrical failures, battery issues, charging problems, wiring problems, motor and propulsion issues, equipment failures, intermittent electrical problems, preventive maintenance, reliability issues, and performance optimization.

CA Marine Services grew out of maintaining and improving a working boat-rental fleet. Andy and his team have extensively maintained, upgraded, repaired, and optimized their own boats for reliability, functionality, and performance. We’ve spent years getting our own fleet dialed in for reliability and performance. This process involves diagnosing problems, identifying underlying causes, improving systems, upgrading components, troubleshooting electrical issues, and finding practical solutions that work in real-world marine environments.
